Return & Shipping

Shipping and Delivery


There are two main shipping methods to choose from.


Express shipping


Usually take 3-6 business days to all major destinations, the fastest shipping method worldwide so far. The shipping carriers will be DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, USPS, etc.


Free shipping


Usually take 7-20 business days to all major destinations, The shipping time frame is different per package because of the customs locally. However, we will process all the packages in time for our customers.


Note: The delivery time mentioned above does not include order processing time (3-5 days).


For free shipping orders, if return occurs, customer will need to cover the return shipping cost.


If an order is shipped out with shipping cost, we will pay for the return shipping fee.


All in all, Customers will only be charged once for shipping cost (this includes returns).


What if my order is later than expected?


If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, the first step is to contact your local post office in case they are holding your parcel. If you feel that your order is taking much longer than expected, you may need to allow your local customs a reasonable time to check your awesome new stuff. However, if your local post office was not able to help, contact us and we will further check that for you.


What to do if you are charged custom duty?


The amount in your order confirmation email does not include the tax. If there is tax policy in your city, we are unable to cover it for you. We really appreciate your understanding.


Return Policy


We accept return due to quality issue within 14 days after package was delivered to you. Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns).No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.


Once the returned package is returned to our warehouse, we will process your refund immediately at our end. Usually, the refund will be processed from bank to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. If the bank fails to help you, please feel free to contact us for assistance.


Please kindly note we do not offer exchange for a different model, only replacement of a same make and model one. Also, we do not accept return of products which are not sold by us. For defective items, we will cover the return shipping cost.


The “no reason return” that we stated include the return of personal preferences and subjective judgments. We do not accepted unauthorized returns, so please do contact our customer service for help before starting a return. All unauthorized returns will not be processed in our system.
